PAYMENT

Payment is accepted by cheque, credit card, debit card, direct bank transfer. Goods will only be despatched against cleared funds unless an approved customer credit account has been established. A surcharge may be applied to business sales that are paid for by personal or company credit card. This surcharge will also apply to account payments by personal or company credit card. The customer will be notified of any such charge in advance of the sale or account payment. Freestyle Music Ltd usually accepts payment in GBP. Other currencies may be accepted by special arrangement and surcharges may apply.

RETURNS

Freestyle Music Ltd operates a sales order return system (RA). An RA number must be obtained from Freestyle Music Ltd prior to returning goods. Details of the product, the suspected fault(s), the serial number(s), the purchase date and the sales invoice number on which they were purchased will be required. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton containing the goods. Freestyle Music Ltd may refuse delivery of goods that are returned without authorisation. Items suspected to be faulty out of the box must be returned for inspection in the original condition and packaging. Freestyle Music Ltd does not reimburse carriage costs incurred in the return of goods whether under warranty or not and may repair or replace any such articles at its discretion. Freestyle Music Ltd reserves the right to apply a re-stocking charge of 20% for goods that were correctly supplied. When the customer has trade status and is supplied at the corresponding trade prices it is expected that the customer will offer first line level of service to their customers. The definition of a first line level of service is to have the knowledge and facility to fault find at a basic level in order to service and repair products under warranty on behalf of the manufacturer. The customer with trade status is responsible for dealing with technical support and products returns to Freestyle Music Ltd. Freestyle Music Ltd will not have direct dealings with the customers end-user customer. Chargeable repairs may incur a handling charge and carriage costs.

WARRANTY POLICY

In addition to the detail under the returns/faulty goods section above, Freestyle Music Ltd works on a return to base warranty where the following terms apply. Goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturers warranty, which may vary from one manufacturer to another. This detail should be checked by the customer prior to placing the order. Faulty out of the box products will normally be replaced if returned within a period of 14 days after purchase; however, this is at Freestyle Music Ltds sole discretion. Goods will not be replaced in any event if they are; not returned in the original packaging with both the item(s) and the packaging in pristine condition, complete with all internal packaging components accessories and manuals. In the event of user damage or misuse the goods will not be repaired under warranty. Goods returned beyond the 14-day period will not be replaced but repaired under warranty. In this case, Freestyle Music Ltd and/or the manufacturer may charge to establish whether the fault is covered by warranty and may charge if there is no fault found. The manufacturers warranty normally commences on the date that Freestyle Music Ltd invoices the goods to the customer. However, in some circumstances it may be agreed that the warranty will start from the date that the customer has sold the goods to the end user. In this situation, Freestyle Music Ltd will require a copy of the customers sales invoice to the end-user detailing the product and serial number. This decision is solely at Freestyle Music Ltds discretion. Goods must be returned to Freestyle Music Ltd via the customer, not direct from the end user.

ERRORS, OMISSIONS AND DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Goods should be signed for clearly stating condition when received i.e. good condition, damaged, wet, crushed etc. Any shortage or damage must be reported to Freestyle Music Ltd within 2 days of delivery, and confirmed in writing within 7 days. The carrier may wish to examine the packing for any damage claims. Freestyle Music Ltd are not liable for errors, omissions and consequences of any kind if the goods are dispatched in accordance with the purchase order received. Freestyle Music Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods that have been onward shipped via any method.

NONE DELIVERY

Freestyle Music Ltd must be informed of none delivery within 3 days of invoice date. Any additional charges received by Freestyle Music Ltd for goods that have been unable to be delivered due to circumstances outside Freestyle Music Ltd and/or the Delivery companys control (including but not limited to; Access, opening hours and refusal) will be recharged to the Customer.
